Ish was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he graduated from Sam Houston Highschool. From there he earned an AAS, Notary Certification, and OSHA 30 Certification. He started out in the Sign Industry in 1992 working his way up from graphic production and shop helper. Through the years he worked in every area of the sign industry including estimating, manufacturing, installation, and management. After years of management, he decided to join Bakers' Signs and focus on his passion which is connecting clients with great signs.

Ish's most memorable sign project included using a helicopter to lift two large wall signs to the top of a hi-rise building for attachment. When he isn't spending time at the office or with clients, Ish enjoys spending time at his Centerville ranch with his wife, 5 kids, and grandchild. He is also an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer.
