Teamsters Local 705 Call to Action

There is a labor dispute between Teamsters Local Union No. 705 (“the Union”) and Industrial Container Service d/b/a Mauser Packaging Solutions (“the Employer”). As protected under the NLRA, we will continue to picket which is likely to cause delays of product from the Employer.

Over 100 members have been on strike since June 9, 2025. Recently, the Union presented a membership approved offer. Instead of bargaining, the Employer canceled the bargaining session and left only after one hour. You can urge the Employer to end the strike with the Union by coming to an agreement that treats their workers with the dignity and respect they deserve.
